Press Windows Key + I to open the Settings panel, then head to Devices. If the Bluetooth & other devices menu is visible, your device supports Bluetooth technology. If the menu is not visible, search for device manager in the Start menu search bar and select the Best match. Check if there is a Bluetooth menu inside the available devices list.
I have a Dell 8930 with Windows 10. The warranty expired 3 weeks ago. Basically, the PC does not recognize the Bluetooth device. I have run troubleshooter on Bluetooth and get the response, βDevice does not have Bluetooth.β Bluetooth also does not show up when I click on the ^ for system tray icons.
Someone mentioned bluetooth, on my windows 10 laptop i went to bluetooth devices, removed the "samsung 65" tv" from connected devices, then pressed the windows button and "k". Clicked on the tv, reconnected, and the tv prompted me to allow it to connect. Clicked allow, and boom! it worked!Restart your PC and the wireless display or dock.
